The Coach's NCAAB Tuesday Trifecta
(NCAAB) Boston College vs. Pittsburgh,
Point Spread: -8.50 | -107.00 Pittsburgh (Home)
Result: Loss
The Pittsburgh Panthers will host the Boston College Eagles on Tuesday, and these are two teams trending in different directions. Pittsburgh is hot, coming in as winners of five of seven despite a tough schedule that saw them face four Top 25 teams in six game stretch. The Eagles have lost eight straight since defeating Georgia Tech on the 25th of January.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Home Cookin' - The Panthers have been very tough to beat at home, boasting a record of 13-2 in Pittsburgh. They've won each of their last four home games versus Boston College, by an average margin of 11.5 points.

2. Chris Jones - He scored a career high 19 points on 7-of-10 shooting in the win over Syracuse on Saturday. "He's our best shooter and you need some guys to make some shots against the zone," Dixon said, "We have confidence in him and our passing was key to many of his shots."

3. X-Factor - The Eagles are coming off a lackluster effort against Notre Dame, allowing the Irish to shoot a staggering 66% from the field (35-of-53) in an 87-70 blowout in Massachusetts.

Selection: This is a play on the Pittsburgh Panthers(8*)
