The Rams have exploded on offense of late, but that is a bit of an illusion. They got 16 cheap points in garbage time against the Browns, and that game was 20-19 halfway through the 4th quarter. The Ravens can be a little up and down, but they are beating people handily at home. The Rams play much better in domes than outside, and it is likely to be raining, which favors the home Ravens. I would buy this down to 7 points and avoid the hook.
