With Joey Votto and Jay Bruce off the DL the lineup went from one of the League's worst to averaging 5.2 RPG over their L6 coinciding with the return of both sluggers. The Reds as they send their ace, Johnny Cueto (6-5, 1.85) to the mound to face off with the Pirates Brandon Crumpton (2-2, 6.06) The Reds bats have finally decided to wake up as they have won five of their last six games and starting to score more runs. That's good news for Cueto, who despite the NL's best ERA among starting pitchers, is only sporting a 6-5 overall record! We have gone against Crumpton several times with success and he is a guy that seems to leave way too many balls up in the zone. With a Reds team that is hitting the way these guys are, that's a recipe for disaster. Take the Reds tonight in a big way.
