I like the total in this afternoon affair. Julio Teheran (2-2, 1.71 ERA) takes the ball for the visiting Braves. Teheran limited the Cubs to one run in his last outing. The Braves have not been able to score runs for Teheran as he is 0-1 in his last four outings despite being outstanding. The right-hander is 2-1 with a 2.71 ERA in three games started against the Giants over his career. The home side will start Madison Bumgarner (4-3, 2.83 ERA). Bumgarner was nearly lights out in limiting the Dodgers to just one run over eight innings in his last start. The big lefty has allowed just two runs in earning wins in his last two starts and has won three straight versus the Braves. These are both great pitchers so I dont expect many runs this afternoon.
