Last week the Steelers suffered a 20-12 defeat which put an end to a six-game SU and ATS winning streak in the preseason.
Russell Wilson didn’t play against the Texans last Friday because of a lingering calf injury. Justin Fields led three drives, completing five of his six passing attempts for 67 yards, while Kyle Allen went 17-of-23 for 193 yards, a touchdown, and a pick. Fields fumbled twice and was sacked on two occasions, so the Steelers trailed 17-0 at halftime, but outgained the Texans 344-255 in total yards, but it wasn’t enough with turnovers and penalties.
HC Mike Tomlin was very upset and says they were very focused this week and will be more physical throughout the game.
