5*
(MLB) Atlanta vs. Chi Cubs,
Money Line: 100.00 Atlanta (Away)
Result: Win
Chicago’s Kyle Hendricks was recently demoted to the bullpen, which means the Cubs are rolling with a bullpen game on Thursday. Considering their bullpen is ranked 18th in ERA (4.06) and 22nd in WHIP (1.34), I don’t think this plan is going to work out very well.

Chicago’s offense has struggled mightily in the head-to-head meetings, averaging only 2.6 runs per game over the five-game sample size. The Cubs are literally the worst offense in the MLB, ranking 30th in team batting average (.197) and 29th in OPS (.597). Atlanta gets a favorable matchup against a below-average pitching staff, as well as a downward-trending Chicago offense.

Let’s ride with Atlanta to win the rubber game here on Thursday afternoon.
