The Pirates are 13-6 and just had their five game winning streak snapped at home by Creighton in 3 OT on Saturday.

They are coming off of a physically and emotionally draining game. The Pirates have had some big wins in the conference, but in their five-game win streak, only one came by more than five points. So, they’ve won some close ones that could have gone against them with a shot or two bouncing one way or another. Seton Hall doesn't shoot well and turns the ball over a lot. That is a recipe for disaster versus this Prov team.
Providence is one of the best defensive squads in the country according to Ken Pom’s ratings. They are only allowing 95 points per 100 possessions, good for 10th in the country.
