Notre Dame QB Sam Hartman has been quite impressive after transferring from Wake Forest and brings with him knowledge of what Duke is all about on defense. The Irish lost to Ohio State in a horrible fashion, but this ND team is very good and I expect them to bounce back with an impressive win over a good Duke team.

Notre Dame can run the ball on Duke and that will make life very easy for Hartman as he looks to bounce back from a very mediocre showing last week. I just can not see the Duke offense keeping pace in this one. Notre Dame is 9-1 ATS against the ACC over the last two-plus years, while Duke is 0-5 ATS at home off of a DD ATS win.
Look for the Irish to bounce back after blowing one last week as they knock off this ranked Blue Devils squad.
