(MLB) Baltimore vs. Toronto,
Money Line: -108.00 Toronto (Home)
Result: Loss
I like the Jays to bounce back with a win on Tuesday night against the Orioles. While Ryu will likely be limited in innings pitched, the Jays have plenty of pitching depth to back up the returning left-hander. Gibson pitched well in his first outing against the Jays and I expect a similar effort tonight.
Offensively, Toronto began the series averaging 4.54 runs per game in 2023. During July, that number was 4.87 per contest. The Blue Jays are fifth in strikeout rate and batting average, using their excellent contact skills to frustrate opposing pitchers.
Take Toronto to bounce back here on Tuesday night.
