I am not a fan of backing this Syracuse team on the road, as the Orange have one of the youngest rosters in college basketball as they are 2-6 in their last eight road games. They will struggle inside and on the boards vs the bigger GT team.
SYR is also not very deep.
They also rely on their hot shooting to win games, and it is harder to win that way away from home. Georgia Tech is hungry to pick up its second conference win, especially after playing several close games last week. They have also covered the spread in 9 of the last 12 meetings between these teams.
