Penn St has one of the most experienced quarterbacks in the country in Sean Clifford who is a 6th year senior, and he's going to want to end his long career with a win.

They've also got an electrifying freshman running back in Nicholas Singleton, who is averaging 6.3 yards per carry.

I think Utah is being overrated in the public eye because when everybody saw them beat USC in the Pac-12 championship game. The Penn St defense is also very good and I expect a big win here in the Rose Bowl for the NIttany Lions.
