The Badgers were an inconsistent team this year, in particular on offense, and Wisconsin will be forced to start a quarterback here who hasn't played a full game at the college level. Rangel has started 2 games for Oklahoma State, and he was able to throw for 304 yards against a very tough Kansas team, and he should be the better quarterback in this game. Oklahoma State's defense was also solid this year, the Cowboys should be able to contain a limited Wisconsin offense on Tuesday night.
