Virginia Tech was seconds away from taking the league's best team to overtime and they lost on a half court buzzer shot. Aside from the immediate gut punch of losing in such a manner, that is a performance they can build off of. I like them to cover here against FSU mainly because they are better than their 2-7 conf record indicates, but also because FSU could be without their two best players -- Mills and Osborne. We saw what happened when those two players were minimized in the loss to Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech does two things well that will help them in this game -- they don't turn it over and they defend the perimeter very well. We like VT to win this game outright this afternoon!
