The Islanders did a nice job 5 on 5 against the Capitals allowing only 4 goals in that 5 game series and now face a Flyers team that battled Montreal in a 6 game series where only 1 game went over the total with goalie Carter Hart registering a couple shutouts in the process. These familiar rivals are likely heading to a prolonged series and I expect a defensive battle and grind. Take the UNDER 5 goals on Monday night!
