Even though UTEP is playing at home (where they are 11-2), Western Kentucky is just the better team. The Hilltoppers have five healthy players that are averaging in double figures, and the return of Camron Justice has given them a little bit of a spark, as they have won the two games since his return after losing the two games that he missed.
