I think TB has a major edge here at home on Thursday night. Pittsburgh has been off for a few days but relaxing in Tampa is what I am hearing.

The Lightning are undefeated in seven straight outings at home, and the Lightning improved defensively a lot, while their offense should be slightly better than the Penguins'. Also, Tampa Bay is unbeaten in four straight home encounters with Pittsburgh, so I look for this trend to continue.
