5*
(NFL) San Francisco vs. Denver,
Point Spread: -1.00 | -111.00 Denver (Home)
Result: Loss
The Broncos new head coach Vic Fangio will be coaching at Mile High for the first time in this one and wants a win. Nick Flacco probably won't play but Drew Lock was outstanding against the Seahawks last week. Their running backs are better as well as this SF team is banged up and cannot risk losing any more key players on offense. Denver will go with QB Kevin Hogan play the second half is not a drop off.

Last year the 49ers had the 28th ranked defense and they have issues and aren't expected to play the starters very long here in their week 2 game. This is the 3rd game for Denver as they played in the HOF game. This seems like a flat spot for the 49ers and a big spot for the Broncos on National TV. Lastly, the Broncos are a perfect 8-0 ATS at home off a straight-up loss as a favorite in the preseason since 1983.
