Jax was penalized over 100 yards in their pre-season opener and the offense only had 112 total yards and they looked terrible. Nick Foles is not expected to play for Jax again here on Thursday night.

The Eagles scored only 10 points at home in a loss against the Titans and we have several QB's with not a lot of experience. I look for a low scoring game and I expect this one to stay UNDER THE TOTAL.
