The Texas Longhorns had a statement win last week in a 37-14 beat down of USC at home. I think this is a program headed in the right direction and are one of the best teams in the Big 12.



With the Longhorns the offense has relied on the passing attack with 244.7 yards a game in the air. However, the rushing attack is not that bad either as they are picking up 181 yards on the ground per game. The passing leader for the Longhorns has been Sam Ehlinger who has thrown for 723 yards and 6 scores. When they hand the ball off it typically goes to Tre Watson who has carried the ball 48 times for only 198 yards.






The Longhorns have played against some decent teams on the season so far and this will make a difference for the Longhorns here. The Horned Frogs have only played Ohio State as a good team and after the third quarter of playing a high level of football were completely exhausted. The Longhorns built on their early loss and will be able to continue to build on these losses to pick up a win here over the Horned Frogs and I'm backing TEXAS in this one who has some major revenge and motivation to get this win
