Warriors over Friars- The Golden Eagles have dropped four straight including home losses to Connecticut and to Creighton 75-69 in overtime and are now 8-6 on the season. No. 17 Providence is 13-1 winning their last eight with their lone loss coming at Virginia in November. What bothers me here because I like the underdog is that the favorite is 20-7 ATS in the last 27 meetings but, I am sure the circumstances have not been the same in most cases. Here come the Friars ranked and rolling along finding themselves less than a distance shot favorite. Too easy...take MARQUETTE!
