'We' posted Cincinnati as our 'Highest-Rated' Megabucks the first week in October as they manhandled Notre Dame posting a 24-13 win (7-3 70% NCAAF L-10) and since the ranking came out they are 0-3 ATS with three SU wins over inferior competition defeating Navy, Tulane and Tulsa. South Florida opened the season losing to NC State 45-0 as a 19-point underdog and will be overwhelmed here. Take CINCINNATI BIG!
