When watching the Niners Jimmy Garoppolo appears to have regressed and hasn't come close to playing up to expectations. Talking about disappointing quarterbacks Justin Fields looks anything like a NFL QB but with his weak supporting cast will get a pass on for this season. SF is 16-34-1 ATS in their last 51 games as favorites played anywhere while the Bears are 1-6 ATS in their last seven games as underdogs but they are 4-0 ATS against teams with losing records.
