Tar Heels (+) over Fighting Irish- North Carolina has to be the most disappointing teams (along with Clemson) in NCAAF this season. The 4-3 Tar Heels were expected to be a contender for the FBS Final-4 Championship but have lost three times each to a sub-500 team. Notre Dame meanwhile is 6-1 and has not been impressive at all is that is why they are ranked No. 11 and not in the Top-10. The Irish have 3-point win over three sub-500 teams in Florida State, Virginia Tech and Toledo and they are 1-4 ATS in their last five home games and 1-4 ATS in their last five as home favorites. The road team is 5-0 ATS in the last five meetings and the Tar Heels are 14-6 ATS following an ATS loss and are off a bye week. Take NORTH CAROLINA!
