Raptors (+) over Bulls- Three seems to be the key number in this matchup as Chicago has won their first three games of the season and they have defeated the Raptors the last three times that they have played covering all three. Previous to last season Toronto had defeated the Bulls 12 straight times and they are looking for their first win at home this season having lost to Washington and Dallas with their lone win coming on the road at Boston. My issue here is that these team have moved in different directions the past two seasons and the Bulls are 11-2 ATS in their last 13 meetings in Toronto but they were huge underdogs in those encounters and now they are favored in the 'Great White North.' Although the Raptors are 0-6-1 ATS in their last seven home games turnabout is fair play here. Take TORONTO!
