Padres over Reds- The Reds are the prefect middle of the road club posting a .500 record both on the road and at home and they will send rookie Tony Santillan (1-1, 3.29 ERA) who is making his fourth career start and has logged just 13.2 innings this season. He is coming off a 104 pitch outing against the Braves where he stuck out eight in six innings while giving up one run on just three hits. His previous start was at San Diego where the Padres roughed him up four three runs in three innings handing him his first career loss as control has been his major issue walking eight in his 13 innings although he does have 16 strikeouts. Blake Snell (3-3, 5.29) is looking to regain his form and is off his best outing of the season shutting down the Dodgers in five innings allowing no runs and just four hits. Snell has 90 K's in 66 innings. The Padres have won 9-of-10 including 801 as favorites and they are 4-0 in the last four meetings versus the Reds. Cincy is just 3-7 in their last 10 and they are 4-9 at home as underdogs. Take CINCINNATI!
