Thunder (+) over Raptors- Oklahoma City is in the mist of a four-game losing streak with their last loss coming at home against Toronto who recovered to win 123-114 in overtime after blowing a 20-point lead. The Raptors who are just two games behind Milwaukee for the top spot in the East are a meager favorite here and although they are 18-3 in their last 21 at home they have not had great success ATS.
