Timberwolves (-) over Lakers- The Lakers closed last season with 13 straight road losses and opened this season with three more road losses but have turned things around winning their last three away from home highlighted by lat night's 126-99 rout of the Pelicans at New Orleans. Meanwhile, the Timberwolves have yet to find themselves under new coach Tom Thibodeau as they come off a home loss last night to the L.A. Clippers. Ricky Rubio returned to the line-up after a five-game absence due to an elbow injury and he help fill the void created by rookie Kris Dunn's weak performances (4-22 shooting). With these team arrantly headed in opposite directions I think it odd that Minnesota is the favorite. I look for them to respond with a home win tonight. Take MINNESOTA!
