Bears (+) over Texans- The concern here from the Texans side of the field is not how their 'new' quarterback Brock Osweiler but the playing of All-Pro defensive end J.J. Watt and how effective he will be after two surgeries on his stomach and back. Chicago has gone through some dramatic changes the past season under John Fox but they still have Jay Cutler (for better of worse) and two healthy receivers returning. Houston went to Osweiler after failing to score with Brian Hoyer (now Bears back-up) at the helm and will still have offensive problems. Take CHICAGO!
