Marlins over Giants- The Giants came up with a most unlikely win over the Marlins last night as Brandon Crawford collected seven hits including the game-winner in the 14th inning as they came back from a 5-1 deficit against Jose Hernandez. In his defense Hernandez was removed by Don Mattingly in the seventh after surrendering just one run before the Miami bullpen imploded. Still San Francisco is just 6-16 since the All-Star break and will start new acquired Matt Moore (7-7, 4.04 ERA) who has allowed 15 hits in 11 innings with a 7.36 ERA at Marlins Park. Tom Koehler (8-8, 4.05) will start for the 'Fish' and is 2-0 with a 1.89 ERA against the Giants limiting them so just a .206 batting Average. Take MIAMI!
