Rays over Angels- It has been said that pitching is 90% of baseball and it must be so for the Tampa Bay Rays to be favored on the road at Los Angeles. The Rays will start Jake Odorizzi (0-1, 3.12 ERA) who has yet to post a win despite allowing two or fewer runs in four of his six starts and has had no success against the Angels going 0-2 with a 6.75 ERA in two career appearances. The Angels will start Jered Weaver (3-1, 5.40) who despite his winning record is struggling and is off a start in Milwaukee where he surrendered seven runs and 11 hits in five innings. Take TAMPA BAY!
