TULSA +21: this is not the same UCF team of last two years and it showed last week losing to bad UCONN team. Don't expect Tulsa to pull off that sort of upset but getting a 3 TD cover will be no problem. Tulsa record is deceiving as they have played within this spread to eqaully good Memphis, Temple and Texas State. 5 stars
