Wise Guy
(NCAAF) Louisville vs. Clemson,
Point Spread: -9.50 | -105.00 Clemson (Home)
Result: Loss
Clemson has been a Peter Principle team, losing to the two best foes they faced in UGA and Florida State, but thrashed all three weaker foes by 66, 41, and 15. This is the most high-powered offense that Louisville faced all season. Unlike when they beat Miami and a rookie QB playing on the road in his first game, Clemson is playing in Death Valley with their rebuilt offense clicking on all cylinders.

The Tigers average 9.3 yards per pass to teams normally allowing 8.3. Defensively they hold teams to 1.0 yards per rushing attempt and .8 yards per pass below normal average. Clemson is outscoring teams 40.4-14 at home. This is typical of young teams and there is a reason it is called Death Valley where they play.

Yes we are concerned that Cards star WR DeVante Parker is likely going to finally make his debut, but with a shaky QB situation in a tough environment, the Tigers will still crush them.
