Wisconsin does not have a ton of depth. They are off a very tough game to Wisconsin GB and are in a stretch in which they play five games in 16 days including three games the next five. Troy Huff is a big time player for ND and can single handedly keep this game close. While the schedule maker puts Wisconsin in survival mode, it works out nice for North Dakota and Huff. This is their statement game and plenty of motivation to keep is very close. This spread is simply way too high.
