USC is debuting their up-tempo style with Andy Enfield in the high altitude of Utah. Utah State is 31-1 since the 1957-58 season in season openers at home, and the Aggies have won 13 consecutive opening home games. The Aggies are entering the Mountain West Conference after spending eight seasons in the Western Athletic Conference and are one of five teams in the to win at least 21 games in each of the last 14 seasons

Utah State is entering its first season in Mountain West with four returning starters as part of eight returning lettermen from last year's squad that started out 14-1, but lost all three of its returning starters to season-ending injuries by mid-season, as USU finished 21-10 overall and 11-7 in Western Athletic Conference play. So getting a ton of injuries last year has them undervalued.

This is a terrible spot and location for a team debuting a new style.
