Eastern Conference Game of the Year

The Rangers are 2-13 when leading in a series with much of the current nucleus. Their power play is non-existent. While Pittsburgh has been lambasted for dumb penalties in reality their aggressive style has gotten them the advantage when they have gotten away with it and their PK has given them momentum. The Rangers PP struggles are nothing new.

All three games were decided by one-goal and the Rangers only scored late in Game 2 as window dressing. Pittsburgh unquestionably evens it up.
