Looks like Herbert is good to go here as he was dealing with a foot injury during camp, but he has been a full participant in practice this whole week. A lot of changes with Jim Harbaugh coming in, and he will want to get the run game going of course, which should actually make Herbert a better QB honestly. Remember, these Raiders hung 63 on the Chargers last year in an embarrassing loss, and while Harbaugh wasn't there a lot of the players remember. Also not sold on Garner Minshew, rolling with the Chargers.
