Webb vs Walker here - Webb has a 2.98 ERA and 1.30 WHIP, great ERA but the WHIP not so great, which means he's good at getting out of trouble, which if he gives up too many baserunners to Philly they will make him pay - Walker had his first start last week vs the Padres and it wasn't pretty, 6 runs on 8 hits in 6 innings - Like the Giants to get to him and these are two of the worst bullpens in MLB as well...like the over here on SNB
