The Rangers raise the banner = Fade the Rangers. Fading teams on banner raising nights is never a bad idea as they are still high off the WS win last year, and Justin Steele is a great pitcher with a 1.17 WHIP last season, and rarely walks batters. The Rangers counter with Eovaldi and he is a good pitcher as well, a crafy veteran who has bounced around the league, but we still like the Cubbies here as it's a good public fade right out of the gate, and Craig Counsell is a good manager and finally has a ton of talent that he was missing in Milwaukee, and we like the Cubs here.
