Take #15 Ducks over Blackhawks
(NHL) Anaheim vs. Chicago,
Money Line: -116.00 Anaheim (Away)
Result: Loss
The Chicago Blackhawks carry a four-game losing streak into Thursday's meeting with the visiting Anaheim Ducks. Anaheim has lost nine of its past 10 games with the latest defeat a 3-2 setback at Colorado on Tuesday. Colorado surged to a 3-0 lead before the Ducks rallied in the third period, getting a short-handed goal from Sam Carrick and a power-play goal from 18-year-old rookie Leo Carlsson over a span of 3:28. Quite frankly, both of these teams stink, but we still like the Ducks to break out of their funk here, and get a victory. Chicago is tanking this season, and the Ducks feel like they can compete despit the terrible run lately, and we like them to do well. Chicago are 3-17 SU in their last 20 games against an opponent in the Western Conference conference.
