I am not sure this is FIU winning as much as it is UTEP losing. The Miners are terrible on offense averaging just 16 per game with 11 turnovers. The defense is not any better allowing 34.5 points per game and only two takeaways. FIU is averaging (27.0) 1.5 points less than they are allowing (28.5). The Panthers will dominate both sides of the line of scrimmage.
