This will only be Ball State's second home game of the season, and I expect their offense to perform much better in this spot as they are much more talented that what they have shown. The Cardinals also have a history of playing the Rockets tough. There have been at least 49 points scored in six of the last seven meetings between Toledo and Ball State.
