1) Romania has been a nice story in this Euro tournament but, other than the win over Ukraine, I have not been impressed with what I have seen.
2) Now Romania faces a superior foe that is sure to be aggressive here and Romania does not have the scoring prowess to match Netherlands.
3) Netherlands has played even better than the results have shown thus far on the scoreboard and so there is some additional value here in this line also! Getting +130 range by laying the 1.5 goals is a huge value and I will not pass this up.
