I am on the UNDER in the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles @ Texas Tech Red Raiders game on Tuesday, December 12th. Both of these teams play at decently slow paces. Even though they both average quite a bit of points per game, there's no question that they both like to slow it down and run their offense.
