I like the Houston Astros to win this game against the Seattle Mariners on July 8th. Although the Mariners are marginally underperforming to start the season, I also believe that the Astros are underperforming ever so slightly. After winning the World Series last year, Houston got off to a terrible start. However, Valdez and co have helped them move within a couple of game of the Rangers for first in the AL West. I'm expecting Valdez to let his dominant ERA show itself in the second half of this season. Give me the Astros here in the 2nd game of this series.
