Maeda can't be happy about a road game. He's got an 11.33 ERA in 3 road starts! He averaged only 3.3 innings. Somehow Maeda has a winning record and Houck has a losing one. Make no mistake, Houck has been much better. Those misleading starters' records have kept the price lower than it might have otherwise been. Houck beat Maeda in a head-to-head matchup last year. Maeda was with Minnesota. Houck won 11-5. He went 7 innings. Maeda went 2. Houck also beat the Tigers 14-5 last year. Play on Boston.
