Rogers' Monday SURE SHOT
(NHL) Arizona vs. Calgary,
Money Line: -205.00 Calgary (Home)
Result: Loss
The set-up: The 18-28-7 Arizona Coyotes have 43 points, more than only the sad-sack Colorado Avalanche (32). They travel to Calgary tonight to face the 28-25-3 Flames, who are back on the ice after a nice break (last played back on Feb. 7th).

Arizona:The NHL trade deadline is two weeks away and GM Brad Treviling can't say what his role in the annual shop-and-swap will be. It's almost a sure thing that the Coyotes will be selling, mired in 13th place overall in the conference (14 teams in the West). The Coyotes haven't been in the playoff hunt since embarking on a nine-game losing streak in mid-December.

Calgary: In contrast, the Flames return from their "bye week" just one point out of the second wild-card spot in the Western Conference. What better team for Calgary to meet in its first game back than Arizona? The Flames are looking to sweep the five-game season series, after posting a pair of 2-1 overtime victories before recording identical 4-2 wins.

The pick: Just not much to add here. Arizona owns the fewest road victories of any NHL team (6-15-4) and has been outscored on average, 3.56-to-2.00 GPG away from home. Calgary is a 7* play.
