The Chicago Blackhawks will try to pick up a third win in a four-game road trip when they visit the Winnipeg Jets Friday night. The Hawks had won at Calgary and Vancouver prior to a 4-1 loss at Minnesota Tuesday, but they should rebound with a win tonight against the reeling Jets.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Motivational - The Jets are just playing off the rest of the regular season and have shown little urgency lately losing six of their last eight games. The Hawks on the other hand are trying to hold on to the third place in the Central Division with Nashville only four points back.

2. Previous Meetings - Chicago has dominated this series in recent seasons winning five of the past six meetings. Their success in Winnipeg goes further back than that with eight wins in the last nine visits to MTS Centre and they won 4-0 here in Winnipeg on March 18.

3. X-Factor - Winnipeg has mustered only a total of 14 goals over a 2-4-2 stretch.
