The Carolina Panthers might not be the sexiest pick on the board every week, but all they do is win. Coming into Dallas with a perfect 10-0 record, the bookmakers aren't giving Cam Newton and the Panthers any respect. My money is on Carolina, as they've proven time and time again that they find a way to win, while the opposite can be said about the Cowboys.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Cam Newton - If anybody can challenge Tom Brady for the MVP award, it will be Cam Newton. The Panthers quarterback is coming off a huge game in last week's win over Washington, throwing for 246 yards and five TDs.

2. Previous History - The Cowboys have really struggled at home, only covering once in their last six at AT&T Stadium. The Panthers don't mind playing on the road, covering in four straight away from home.

3. X-Factor - Panthers DB Josh Norman is dominating opposing wideouts, and I expect him to neutralize Dez Bryant here in today's game.
