*10* Total DOMINATION on UNDER Raptors/Lakers.
After an impressive 97-85 home win over the Pistons, the Lakers lost 120-101 at Phoenix on Monday. They host the Raptors tonight, and I think we'll see a solid effort defensively, and this should be a close game. My money is on the under, as the total looks a little inflated.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Lakers Scoring Woes - After scoring 100+ points in four of their first five games of the season, they've failed to reach the century mark in five of their last six. They are averaging just 99.4 points per game, ranking 21st overall in the league in scoring.
2. Previous History - The Raptors have failed to reach the total in eight of their last 11 overall, and 10 of their last 14 road games versus a team with a losing record. The Lakers have gone under in six of their last seven overall.
3. X-Factor - The Raptors have been plagued by slow starts, shooting a league worst 35.1 percent in the 1st quarter, and scoring an NBA low 21.8 points.
Selection: This is a play on the Raptors@Lakers to go UNDER the total (10*)
