The Detroit Red Wings come into Vancouver off an overtime loss at Calgary, and there can't be a lot left in the tank at the end of this road trip. The loss to the Flames makes it four straight for Detroit, and this looks like a good spot to back the home team coming off a couple of days off.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Fatigue - This will be the Wings second game in as many nights, and their third game in four nights. Vancouver hasn't played since Thursday.

2. Goaltending - The Red Wings are expected to rest Jimmy Howard, giving backup goalie Petr Mazrek the start. He's allowed three goals in all three of his starts this season, losing the last two.

3. X-Factor - Ryan Miller looks sharp so far, going 3-2-2 with a 1.98 GAA and a .931 save percentage.
